L'agenzia attraverso un proprio network di siti web e di collaboratori si è specializzata nel campo delle affittanze turistiche di appartamenti e case per vacanze per soggiorni brevi e nella compravendita di ville, in tutte le isole siciliane.
In collaborazione con partner importanti propone la possibilità si soggiorni in hotel, b&b e residence con possibilità di prenotazioni immediate on-line.
L'ufficio è aperto al pubblico dal lunedi al venerdi dalle 9.00 alle 12.30 e dalle 16.00 alle 19.30, si riceve il sabato su appuntamento. Si raggiunge facilmente dalla piazzetta di Marina Corta, Salita San Giuseppe con ingresso da Vico Adige 2.

The last few days and our stay at Peticore was magical - an unforgettable experience for us. Alfredo’s place is understated and beautiful. There is lovely attention to detail inside; the wooden benches, tiles and extra additions such as the record player. The outside area and the views surpass expectations. The joy of the house is to eat breakfast watching the sunrise and dinner as the sunsets and the stars come out. It’s a truly tranquil place, away from everything and everyone. Thank you to Alfredo, his local knowledge and help to and from the house was wonderful. We were grateful for the clear information provided in reviews and the house description. The mention of the offtrack pathways to the entrance and the beach is an important consideration. We came prepared with a torch and walking shoes and that, as well as the distance of the house from lipari centre is important to know. If you’re looking for a wonderful place in a completely private and stunning location this is it.

Alfredo’s place is amazing! My partner and I stayed there for 8 nights and had a truly wonderful time. The views are breathtaking and unforgettable, it felt like living on a viewpoint, overlooking the city, the sea and Stromboli. I’ll miss the outdoor shower and the cute lizards and geckos that visited us. Staying at Alfredo’s place was an experience we’ll never forget. Alfredo is an amazing host, very responsive, polite and helpful. He picked us up from the port, waited while we did our shopping, and then dropped us off at the house. The house is located at the top of a fairly steep hill, so it requires a bit of a hike. Make sure to pack some comfy shoes you don’t mind getting dirty. Also, stock up on mosquito repellent, those little buggers are everywhere 🥴 We discovered a lovely family owned restaurant called Trattoria Siciliana, we absolutely loved it and think it’s well worth a visit ☺︎ I hope you enjoy your time at Alfredo’s place as much as we did. We’d gladly stay there agai

Un angolo di pace, proprio quello di cui avevamo bisogno. Non ci si stanca mai dell’incredibile panorama da lì sopra! Consiglio vivamente a tutti di alloggiare nell’Atollo di Alfredo, è semplicemente spettacolare. Il silenzio, la pace, la semplicità del luogo… La fatica del sentiero sotto il sole viene tutta ripagata!
