Casa "ZINGARO" è sita in località Mazzo di Sciacca, ad 1 km dal borgo di Scopello, 700 mt. dalla Riserva Naturale dello Zingaro, 1500 mt dalla tonnara ed a 900 mt dal mare. E' un casale di pietra recentemente ristrutturato con materiali di recupero originali. E' composta da tre appartamenti indipendenti. L'appartamento principale, "Casa Zingaro", è su due piani.E' cosi' composto :

al primo piano da 3 camere da letto (2 matrimoniali + 1 singola), 2 bagni con doccia e un soppalco con 1 letto singolo (adatti per ragazzi)

al piano terra da una cucina, fornita di frigorifero e forno, ed una zona soggiorno-pranzo con camino e TV. La casa, arredata con mobili antichi, è dotata di riscaldamento a gas e ventole a soffitto. Ulivi e carrubi adornano un giardino ben curato di 2000 mq dove c'è un barbecue e una doccia esterna.

Dall'ampia terrazza, in parte coperta, che circonda la casa su tre lati, si può godere di uno splendido panorama del golfo di Castellammare. RISCALDAMENTO A GAS IN EXTRA PRICE No animali.

La casa dispone di un'angolo lavanderia in comune con le altre case.

The house " Zingaro", on "Mazzo di Sciacca", 1 km from the villagge of Scopello, 700 mt to the Riserva dello Zingaro, 800 mt from the Tonnara and 1 km to the sea. Is a farmhouse in stone,lately renovated. The house consist in 3 flats, Zingaro with 6 sleeping places, Mare and Monte each with 2 ( you can have the all house for 10 persons). The main flat Zingaro , on two floors on the front part , with 3 bedrooms and a small livingroom on the first floor, on the ground floor 2 bathrooms with shower, kitchen, livingroom with a fireplace and tv.The house with old furniture, gas heating and ceiling fan, huge garden with olivetree, barbecue and shower. From the terraces beautiful seaview. No pets. Gas (heating sistem) not included.
