La villa è situata nella bella campagna di Cefalù, offre tutte le qualità che un posto può offrire quali pace e relax associati ad un panorama mozzafiato sul mare, ma con la comodità di poter raggiungere il centro del paese con tutte le sue attrattive a soli 2 km.

La villa è composta da 2 camere da letto , di cui una con letto matrimoniale e una con letto a castello + letto aggiunto.Spaziosa salotto e cucina situati al piano terra che si aprono su una bellissima terrazza con panorama sul mare. Ci sono 2 bagni uno ad ogni piano , quello al piano superiore con vasca e doccia. Come si può vedere dalle foto la casa è organizzata con tutti i confort, aria condizionata, 2 televisioni, satellite, acqua calda e fredda anche nella doccia esterna, lavatrice, forno a microonde. La terrazza è dotata di angolo giochi per bambini con angolo per la pallacanestro, e mobili per poter mangiare all'aperto, sdrai e tutto quello che può servire per trascorre le giornate all'aperto.Ulteriore doccia esterna con acquacalda.

Ad uso degli ospiti( a pagamento) si può utilizzare il Lido a Cefalù a 2 km di distanza , ombrelloni e sdrai.

The villa is situated in a beautiful countryside of Cefalu’, having all the qualities that a place can offer such as the peace and quiet, together with spectacular sea views, and nearby town of Cefalu’ where one can enjoy various tourist attractions and exquisite night life. The house comprises of 2 bedrooms, of which one is a large size master bedroom, and the second one is a children / guest bedroom with 3 beds. The spacious living room and the kitchen on the ground floor open onto a marvellous terrace with breathtaking views over the open sea horizon and the distant palaces celebrated in Sicilian poetry throughout the centuries. There are 2 bathrooms, situated on both floors, the upper floor bathroom has both a bath and a shower.

As you will see from the photographs, the house is organised as one’s home, there are all the little comforts that one desires. There is an air conditioning throughout, the hot - water outside showers, 2 TVs (one in a living room and another one in a second bedroom), satellite connections, a washing machine.. The terrace has a ‘playground area’ with a basketball- zone lit up, dinning tables, long lying chairs and other amenities that offer you unforgettable evenings spent there from the sunset into a deep summer nights.

The owners offer their private long sunbathing chairs and umbrellas on the marvellous Cefalu’ sand beach, situated 2km from the villa. The town of Cefalu’, celebrated in all media of Sicilian culture offers a lot to its visitors. It is full of restaurants, bars, and shops exhibiting the real Sicilian tradition and culture. There is a marvellous Cathedral from a Norman period, visited by the travellers from all over the world, one of the finest examples of the mentioned period. In front of it there is an awesome piazza with ‘thousand tables’ so sit down and chill out. So you really have it all here, the city that will welcome you warmly, the peaceful refuge in a marvellous villa, the sea and a golden sand with your private ‘spot’ on the golden sand beach, one of the most distinguished on this marvellous island of Sicily. Wohnzimmer und kueche mit zugang auf eine groesse terrasse mit meer blick. 2 badezimmer eine mit badevanne . Im garten spiel ecke fuer die kindern und dusche mit warme wasser.
