Residenza di campagna della baronessa Franco e della sua famiglia, la Villa “San Biagio” è un appartamento di parte della villa a due piani su di una verdeggiante collina nel nord–ovest della costa siciliana, a 2,5 chilometri dal paese di Finale di Pollina ed a 14 chilometri da Cefalù. Vi si gode di una splendida vista del mar Tirreno e delle sue spiagge; ed una spiaggia, privata ed esclusiva, alla foce del fiume Pollina, è accessibile a 400 metri di distanza, da percorrere a piedi in appena cinque minuti.La Villa è arredata di tutto punto e corredata di TV, impianto stereo, frigo, lavabiancheria, lavastoviglie. Al piano terra:uno spazioso e confortevole soggiorno–pranzo con camino,una stanza da letto matrimoniale,una stanza con due letti,WC con vasca. Al piano superiore, cui si accede internamente mediante una scala in legno:una terza stanza con due letti,WC con doccia .La villa è immersa nella vegetazione mediterranea di un grande terreno, corredato di panchine e tavoli da campagna disposti strategicamente per godere dello splendido panorama, oltre che di un campetto di calcio e di un forno a legna per pizze e sformati.

Country residence of Baronessa Franco and her family, Villa "S. Biagio " is a delightful two levels part of house on a smooth green hill located in the north-western part of the Sicilian coast (very close to Finale di Pollina, small village near Cefalù, 14 km away), with beautiful view on theTirreno sea and its Beaches. A private beach, at mouth of Pollina river, is accessible with your own key (400 mt. and just 5 minutes walking from the house).

The Villa is provided with a comprehensive furniture and a large number of facilities, including TV set, stereo, fridge, washing machine and dish washer. At the ground level there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds, the other with a double bed, one bathroom with bath facilities and another one with a shower. The dining room is in a large comfortable sitting room with chimney.

At the first level, served by a wooden lovely staircase, there is another bedroom with a double bed. The Villa is immerged in an enormous area plenty of typical mediterranean vegetation in which there are a football ground, several country tables and sitting rooms in strategic position for panoramic view ahd a wooden hoowen for preparing Italian pizzas. Of course unlimited parking facilities.

The closest village is Finale di Pollina (2,4 km.), where you can find a lot of shops, a supermarket, a theatre and a swimming pool. Seven km. farther the delicious Tusa, a fishermen village plenty of caracteristic local restaurants. The closest railway station is located at 1,6 km. of distance. Just in front of the Villa, next to the private beach entrance, there is the "52 railway house". As it is, you will easy find the Villa.
