VILLA laura è una prestigiosa casa vacanza, parte di un complesso di ville consimili, tutte con ampio giardino e parcheggio riservato, all’interno di un’area privata e recintata giusto al confine della riserva naturale dello Zingaro, una delle più interessanti aree paesaggistiche della Sicilia.

La villa è arredata con gusto sobrio e funzionale.

All’interno:

– un soggiorno-pranzo fornito di TV e impianto stereo

– due stanze con letto matrimoniale

– una stanza con due letti singoli

– una stanzetta con due letti a castello

– una cucina con frigo e forno

– due sale da bagno con doccia

All’esterno:

– ampio e curato giardino con prato e vegetazione mediterranea

– patio coperto antistante la villa con grande tavolo e sedile circostante in pietra

– cucina esterna, al di sotto del patio, con forno a legna e barbecue

– doccia esterna con acqua calda

Le stanze da letto sono climatizzate con aria condizionata.

L’esterno è attrezzato con sdraio ed ombrelloni.

Parcheggio coperto riservato per due vetture.

Una stradella interna al complesso residenziale conduce al mare, distante 150 metri dalla villa.

Tre cancelli protetti danno accesso ad una comoda caletta di ciottoli e sabbia, attorniata da una accessibile scogliera di bianco calcare.

Sebbene a malincuore, non si accettano animali.

Non è consigliata per bambini piccoli.

The charming Villa laura is a beach-house located - like some others similar villas about, each sorrounded of a garden - inside a private fenced area, just at the boundary of the protected Reserve of “Lo Zingaro”, one of the most interesting naturalistic areas of the Sicily.

The house is furnished in a simple and functional way.

Inside:

– a living-dining room with TV and HI-FI

– two double bed rooms

– one room with two single beds

– a little room with two bunks suitables for kids

– a kitchen with frigo and oven

– two bathrooms with shower

Outside:

– a big and carefully grown garden with grass and mediterranean plants

– a portico on the front of the villa with a table and a marble seat

– a kitchen, under the portico, with an oven and a barbecue

– an external shower with hot water

In all bedrooms there is AC.

Chaises longues and garden umbrellas on the grass and under the portico.

Near the garden reserved parking for three cars.

A short path brings to the sea, 150 meters away, where you can access, through three guarded gates, to a wonderful little bay of withe sand and pebbles sorrounded by cliffs.

No pets, sorry.

- Großer Garten mit Rasenfläche und mediterraner Vegetation

- Überdachte Terrasse vor der Villa mit einem grossen Tisch und Platz umgebenden Stein

- Outdoor Küche, unter der Terrasse, mit Holzofen und Barbecue

- Outdoor-Dusche mit warmem Wasser

Die Zimmer sind klimatisiert und mit Klimaanlage.

Das Äußere ist mit Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen ausgestattet .

Abgedeckte reservierten Parkplatz für zwei Autos.

Eine weg im Apartment-Komplex führt zum Meer, 150 Meter von der Villa entfernt.

Drei Tore, die Zugang zu einer geschützten Bucht von Kies und Sand bequem zugänglich sind, von einem weißen Kalksteinfelsen umgeben.

Widerwillig, aber wir akzeptieren keine Tiere
