Villa Ginestra è una villa di fine ottocento in località Capo Faro, elegante e ricercata per le sue caratteristiche di quiete, circondata dai vigneti dei Principi Tasca d’Almerita ed a pochi minuti dai due centri principali dell’Isola: Santa Marina e Malfa.
Caratterizzata da grandi ambienti ben arredati, fresca e silenziosa, in posizione nord-ovest, offre comodi e raffinati spazi esterni e vi si gode di una splendida vista.
E’ composta da una grande casa su due livelli e due piccole unità separate per un totale di 4 grandi camere da letto.

● Il piano terra è circondato da un patio arredato con mobili da esterno, che si articola in più zone: una zona pranzo coperta, una zona terrazza coperta da una tettoia in canne e una seconda zona con doccia esterna da cui si accede al giardino e al “palmento”, una delle due unità separate.
All’interno è composto da:

Una grande cucina abitabile in muratura, tipica eoliana, con forno a legna, forno elettrico, frigo con surgelatore;
Una spaziosa camera-soggiorno con tre comodi letti-divano in muratura e angolo relax con TV;
Un bagno con doccia.
● L’unità separata era un vecchio frantoio, trasformato in elegante e romantica stanza matrimoniale con in più un soppalco con un altro letto matrimoniale e un bagno con doccia.

● La seconda unità separata è una dèpendance adibita a lavanderia, fornita di lavabiancheria, dove è collocato un letto di servizio o emergenza. Attiguo ed esterno ad essa un piccolo WC con doccia.

● Il primo piano è composto da:

Una terrazza con vista mozzafiato su Stromboli e Panarea;
Una prima grande camera matrimoniale con in più un divano letto ad una piazza e mezzo abbondante;
Una seconda camera da letto matrimoniale, cui si accede dalla prima;
Un bagno con doccia tra le due camere.
Tutte le stanze, compresa la cucina, sono molto comode, dotate di ventilatori a soffitto, armadi e accessori. Una capientissima cisterna assicurerà una riserva d’acqua per molti giorni

● The ground floor is surrounded by a patio equipped with outdoor furniture, which is divided into several zones: a dining area, pool, terrace area covered by a roof made of reeds and a second area with outdoor shower which gives access to the garden and the "millstone", one of two separate units.
Inside is composed of:
A large kitchen , typical Aeolian with wood oven, electric oven, fridge with freezer;
A spacious three bedroom-living room with comfortable sofa bed in masonry and relaxing area with TV;
A bathroom with shower.
● The separate unit was an old mill, transformed into an elegant and romantic master bedroom plus a loft with another double bed and a bathroom with shower.

● The second unit is a separate outbuilding used as a laundry equipped with washing machine, where a bed is placed in service or emergency. Adjacent and external to a small bathroom with shower.

● The first floor consists of:

A terrace with breathtaking view of Stromboli and Panarea;
A first large double bed plus a sofa bed, a square and a half plentiful;
A second bedroom, accessed by the first
A bathroom with shower between two rooms.
All rooms, including the kitchen, very comfortable, equipped with ceiling fans, cabinets and accessories. A large tank will ensure water supply for several days

Villa Ginestra ist eine Villa von einem stattlichen Haus in der Capo Faro, elegante, durch die Weinberge des Princes Tasca d'Almerita und nur wenige Minuten von den zwei wichtigsten Zentren der Insel: Santa Marina und Malfa umgeben gesucht.
Durch große gut ausgestattete, kühlen und ruhigen Lage im Norden Gekennzeichnet-West bietet komfortablen und eleganten Räumen und im Freien können Sie eine herrliche Aussicht genießen.
Besteht aus einem großen Haus auf zwei Ebenen und zwei kleine getrennte Einheiten für insgesamt 4 große Schlafzimmer.

● Das Erdgeschoss ist durch eine Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln, die in mehrere Bereiche unterteilt ist: eine Ess-Bereich, Pool ausgestattet, Terrasse mit einem Dach aus Schilf und einen zweiten Bereich mit Dusche im Freien, die den Zugang zum Garten und verleiht abgedeckt umgeben den "Mühlstein", einer von zwei getrennte Einheiten.
Im Inneren setzt sich zusammen aus:

Eine große Küche in Mauerwerk, typisch äolischen mit Holzofen, E-Herd, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach;
Eine geräumige drei Schlafzimmer-Wohnzimmer mit bequemen Sofa-Bett im Mauerwerk und Ruheraum mit TV;
Ein Bad mit Dusche.
● Die eigene Einheit war eine alte Mühle, in ein elegantes und romantisches Schlafzimmer sowie eine Galerie mit einem weiteren Doppelbett und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche verwandelt.

● Die zweite Einheit ist eine separate Nebengebäude wie eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine, wo ein Bett in Betrieb ist, oder eine Notaufnahme gebracht eingesetzt wird. Angrenzend und aussen ein kleines Bad mit Dusche.

● Der erste Stock besteht aus:

Eine Terrasse mit atemberaubendem Blick auf Stromboli und Panarea;
Ein erstes großes Doppelbett und ein Sofa-Bett, ein Quadrat und ein halbes plentiful;
