Villa Dusa è inserita in una zona tranquilla ed appartata della Cala Francese, una delle molteplici insenature a sud-est dell'Isola di Lampedusa. La villa, indipendente, si trova in una proprietà recintata di circa 2.000 mq con parcheggio interno ed accesso diretto al mare sottostante, una spiaggetta di sabbia e scogli dov'è possibile l'attracco barca. Ad 1,5 chilometri il paesino di Lampedusa fornito di supermercati, servizio medico, farmacia, ufficio postale, ristoranti, centri per il diving e dov'è possibile noleggiare auto, moto, barche a motore.
La villa è su due piani, panoramica, confortevole, arredata e corredata con cura, fornita di pompe di calore ed è così articolata:
Al piano terra:
un soggiorno-pranzo con tavolo, sedie, panche-divano in muratura ed angolo TV, con ampie vetrate su due terrazze, una soleggiata ed una coperta da una tettoia in legno e tegole, fornite di sdraio, tavolo e sedie, lettini, ombrellone;
una moderna cucina attrezzata con frigo-surgelatore, piano cottura, forno elettrico, lavastoviglie;
due stanze con due letti singoli di cui una con WC/doccia in camera;
un WC/doccia;
Al piano superiore, cui si accede da una comoda scala interna:
una stanza con letto matrimoniale e WC/doccia privato;
un terrazzino soleggiato fornito di lettini-sdraio.
A richiesta si effettua servizio di trasferimento da e per l'aeroporto od il porto

Biancheria da letto e da bagno inclusa,cambio una volta a settimana.

Villa Dusa is inserted in a quiet and secluded Cala French, one of the many creeks in the south-east of the island of Lampedusa. The villa is independent, is in a gated community of about 2,000 square meters with indoor parking and direct access to the sea below, a small beach of sand and rocks where you can dock the boat. 1.5 kilometers to the village of Lampedusa supplied supermarket, medical service, pharmacy, post office, restaurants, places for diving and where possible to rent cars, motorcycles, motor boats.

Dusa Villa liegt in einer ruhigen und abgelegenen Cala Francese, einer der zahlreichen Buchten im Süden eingefügt-Osten der Insel Lampedusa. Die Villa ist unabhängig ist, ist in einer Gated Community von rund 2.000 Quadratmetern mit Garage und direktem Zugang zum Meer anzuschauen, einen kleinen Strand aus Sand und Felsen, wo Sie den Bootssteg können. 1,5 Kilometer bis zum Dorf von Lampedusa versorgt Supermarkt, medizinischer Service, Apotheke, Post, Restaurants, Plätze zum Tauchen und wenn möglich bis Autos, Motorräder, Motorboote mieten.
Die Villa ist auf zwei Etagen, Panorama, komfortabel eingerichtet und mit Sorgfalt eingerichtet und mit Wärmepumpen ausgestattet und ist wie folgt organisiert:
Erdgeschoss:
ein Wohn-Esszimmer mit Tisch, Stühle,  Sofa und TV-Ecke, mit großen Fenstern auf zwei Terrassen, ein sonniger und ein unter eine Überdachung aus Holz und Ziegeln, mit Liegestühlen, Tisch und Stühle, Liegen, Sonnenschirmen ausgestattet;
eine moderne Küche mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler;
zwei Zimmer mit zwei einzelnen Betten, eins mit WC / Dusche / WC;
WC / Dusche;
Im ersten Stock über eine Treppe im Inneren zugänglich:
ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett und DU / WC;
eine sonnige Terrasse mit Liegestühlen.
Ein Antrag für den Transfer zum und vom Flughafen oder dem Hafen
