Sulla baia di Cala Mazzo di Sciacca, a 200 mt. circa dal mare agevolmente raggiungibile sia a piedi che in auto, si trova la villa Chiara, su due piani, da cui si gode uno splendido panorama che spazia dalla Riserva naturale dello Zingaro fino al Capo S.Vito.

Si trova a meno di un Km dal borgo di Scopello ed a due Km da un attrezzato centro commerciale. La cittadina di Castellammare del Golfo dista circa 10 Km. 
La villa, dotata di ogni confort, con ventilatori in ogni stanza, stufa a legna in ghisa al piano superiore è arredata con gusto, circondata da un ampio giardino alberato ed è così composta:

Al piano terra:

soggiorno-pranzo con divano angolare, TV satellitare, libreria, tavolo e credenza primi 900 ; cucina in muratura completa di frigo e forno a colonna elettrico ventilato,
ospitata in un vano aperto sulla zona pranzo;

Gli ospiti troveranno per buona accoglienza, due bottiglie di acqua minerale nel frigo, frutta fresca sulla tavola, e i condimenti in cucina utili per un immediato utilizzo della stessa.

Grande patio antistante la villa, arredato con tavolo e poltrone da giardino Foppa Pedretti e salottino in midollino;

Solarium con poltrona e lettino in legno Foppa Pedretti, due poltrone regista e due sdraio , doccia mobile, cucina esterna con barbecue portatile.

In giardino vive una meticcia adulta, educata e socievole che è accudita dal giardiniere, ma che puo’ essere trasferita se richiesto per il periodo di affitto.
