La casa è di architettura tipicamente eoliana, dei primi del ‘900. Il suo prospetto principale guarda a Levante. E' a pianta rettangolare ed è costituita da 3 grandi stanze allineate in direzione monte-mare. In quella del lato monte c’è la cucina con una grande cappa, un forno a legna, un soppalco e un’alcova. Ogni stanza può comunicare con quella adiacente per mezzo di una porta, e ha un’altra porta che dà su un ampio terrazzo con “bisuoli” (sedili) dal quale si gode la vista dello Stromboli e del mare con lo Strombolicchio. Le finestre della casa rivolte a Ponente, da dove spira prevalentemente il vento, guardano un ampio paesaggio di Piscità. Quella rivolta a Tramontana guarda il mare. Il terrazzo è attrezzato con una grande tenda che lo copre per metà, ombrelloni, tavoli e sedie da giardino, sedie sdraio. Dal terrazzo si accede a un piccolo giardino. Il bagno è isolato a un angolo del terrazzo.
Nella stanza del lato mare c’è un letto matrimoniale e uno singolo.
Nella stanza di centro, un letto matrimoniale (separabile in due singoli).
Nell’alcova in cucina, un letto a una piazza e mezza.

Stromboli island - This house is located in Piscità countryside, along the north-west island’s coast, where you’ll find the most beautiful bays 15 mt on the sea level ,only 50 mt walk from the seaside. The “Stromboli Village hotel”stands only 100 mt away (bar, restaurant ,fully equipped beach, wind surf, canoes, tennis court available),the “Sciara Hotel is 250 mt away( bar, restaurant, swimming pool, tennis court,) small supermarket is 200 mt away, and post office 1500 mt away. The house’s architecture is the typical Aeolian one, dating from the early twentieth century. It’s front faces east. It consists of three large rooms setting in a row ,overlooking the sea-mountain side.
On the mountain side there is a kitchen with a with a big cowl on and a wood-oven ,an attic with a bed chamber followed by other two double bedroom. Each room faces a wide terrace with a superb view on Stromboli volcano and the Strombolicchio islet. This terrace leads to a small garden planted with plumbaco hedges ,and oleander trees. All the house’s windows are facing on west or north side: all windows arrangements allows a fresh air circulation in the hotter day as well.
