This ancient country-house is located only 100 metres away from the sea, the main port and it is only a few kilometres from the white beaches (pumice-stone and obsidian quarries).
The country-house was transformed into a hotel in 1950. Further to continuous improvements concerning its structure and services, nowadays (even if it is three-star hotel) it appears as a higher level hotel thanks to the quality and comfort it can offer.
It is located just in the historical centre near the Aeolian archaeological museum and is easily accessible going through a typical Aeolian narrow street that, through a vault entrance with a stone arcade, takes you to a special and elegant garden where all the country-house structure develops.
