La villetta è una tipica casa eoliana e si trova sul lungomare di Santa Marina (circa 10 metri dal mare).

La villetta, completamente ristrutturata nel 2007, è costituita:
Al piano terra: un piccolo cortile privato, una grande veranda coperta attrezzata con tavolo sdraio, sedie e amaca; una cucina abitabile con cucina in muratura completamente attrezzata per il soggiorno; un bagno dotato di sanitari e doccia.
Al primo piano, a cui si accede attraverso una scala in pietra vi è la prima camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale ed un armadio.
Al secondo piano vi è la seconda camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale ed un letto singolo, armadio, cassettiera ed armadio a muro.
Entrambe le stanze sono dotate di balconcino.

The house is a typical eolian house and is located on the seafront of Santa Marina (about 10 meters from the sea).

The house is completely renovated in 2007, consists of:
On the ground floor: a small private courtyard, a large veranda with table chairs, chairs and hammocks, a kitchen with built-in kitchen is fully equipped for the stay; bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, accessed via a stone staircase is the first bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe.
On the second floor there is a second bedroom with a double and a single bed, wardrobe, drawers and cupboard.
Both rooms have a balcony.

Das Haus ist ein typisches eolian Haus und liegt an der Strandpromenade von Santa Marina (ca. 10 Meter vom Meer entfernt).

Das Haus ist im Jahr 2007 komplett renoviert, besteht aus:
Im Erdgeschoss: ein kleiner Innenhof, eine große Veranda mit Tisch und Stühlen, Liegen und Hängematten, eine Küche mit eingebauter Küche ist komplett ausgestattet für den Aufenthalt,  ein Bad mit Dusche.
Im ersten Stock, über eine steinerne Treppe zugänglich ist das erste Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Kleiderschrank.
Im zweiten Stock gibt es ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett, Kleiderschrank, Schubladen und Schränke.
Beide Zimmer haben einen Balkon.
